Co-founder and Past President
Fraser MacLean
Fraser co-founded WearWell Garments, along with Stirling, in 1978. Fraser stepped down as president in 2005, however, is still actively involved in an advisory capacity on special projects. He is a proud member of the Masonic Lodge and Shriners International. Fraser is an avid sports enthusiast, keeping a close watch over the WearWell Major U15 Bombers. Fraser is living his best life together with his wife Ginger.

Stirling MacLean
Stirling co-founded WearWell Garments, along with Fraser, in 1978. Stirling began his career at WearWell as a Sales Representative covering Atlantic Canada. He then turned his attention to developing the Central Canadian market, before taking up the role of President in 2005. Stirling likes to give back to his community by volunteering his time on many fundraising efforts, including school, sport, health, and political initiatives.

Vice-president Business Development
Shawn Brown
Joining WearWell in 1996, Shawn has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and has been actively involved in the Industrial & Image Uniform industry for over 25 years. Shawn is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Strategic Sales functions with a focus on developing new markets and products. Shawn works directly with WearWell’s Sales Team to facilitate meeting our goals and objectives.

Sales Director
Cynthia Outred
Joining WearWell in 2004, Cynthia has a degree in Industrial Psychology and diverse business background. Cynthia works closely with both the sales department and production. Her main role is to facilitate communication with customers to ensure accurate exchange of information.

Production Manager
Susan MacDougall
Joining WearWell in 1994, Susan's educational background is in Computer Programming and she also holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Dalhousie University. As Production Manager, Susan plans, coordinates, and controls the manufacturing processes. She ensures the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of the garments produced.

Designer
Emily Zhang
Joining WearWell in 2022, Emily has a bachelor’s degree in Garment Design and Engineering. She is experienced with pattern making and technical design in global companies. Her main responsibility is pattern making and grading. She also supports both sales and production departments in technical part.

IT Manager
Michele Inglis
Joining WearWell in 2017 as our Information Systems Manager, Michele has over 25 years experience working with Information systems and the people who use them. Michele's main duties are to determine the IT needs of WearWell Garments and implement those solutions in the ever-changing landscape of Information Technology.

Junior Accoutant
Matt Curtis
Joining WearWell in 2019, Matt has a Diploma in Business Administration from NSCC and is currently working towards his CPA designation. Matt comes to WearWell with over 20 years accounting experience working in manufactoring and non-profit organizations. Matt's main duties include producing financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, and preparing financial reports.

Account Development Manager (Atlantic Canada)
Andrew Cronkite
Joining WearWell in 2002, Andrew has a Bachelor Of Business Administration degree from Mount Saint Vincent University. Andrew brings with him over 20 years of direct sales experience. Based in Stellarton, Nova Scotia, Andrew serves our customers throughout Atlantic Canada.

Account Development Manager (Eastern Ontario and Quebec)
Stephanie Lamoureux
Joining WearWell in 2010, Stephanie attended Concordia University, after completing CEGEP in Montreal. She has spent over 30 years in the image wear industry. Based in Ottawa, Stephanie is bilingual, working in both French & English to service our customers in Eastern Ontario and Quebec.

Jonathan MacLeod
Joining WearWell in 2008, Jonathan has a Bachelor of Science degree from Dalhousie University. Based in Toronto, Jonathan serves our customers throughout Toronto and Western Ontario. He will be happy to meet with you and figure out a lasting solution for your company’s uniform and corporate clothing program.

Taunya Doucette
Joining WearWell in 2005, Taunya has a Bachelor of Arts degree from StFX. She has a long history working in customer service and is responsible for working directly with some of our largest customers. Working with the sales, production and distrubution teams, Taunya ensures the day-to-day needs of our customers are met.

Mary Ellen MacKenzie
Joining WearWell in 1992, Mary Ellen began her career as a talented machine operator, before rising to the rank of floor supervisor. For that past decade, Mary Ellen has brought her cheerful personality to office as a receptionist. Not only is Mary Ellen the first point of contact for our customers, she’s also responsible for data entry, tracking of orders and supporting sales representatives.

Accounts Receivable and Payable
Mary Campbell
Joining WearWell in 1990, Mary was an excellent machine operator for almost a decade before leaving for personal reasons. Mary returned in 2002 having completed an Office Administration course at NSCC and has gone on to become an integral part of our accounting department. She is the friendly voice that helps maintain customer and vendor accounts.
