Permanent & Part Time positions

Machine Operator

We are currently looking to add several full-time permanent employees to our staff in our production department. We manufacture clothing for a variety of industries across the country and we want you to join our team!

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. No weekend or night shifts! Leaves lots of time for family and life outside of work unlike fast food or retail work. We believe that a good work life balance is important and we work hard to ensure that our employees are able to have the best of both worlds.

We provide full training to all new hires to ensure that you are capable and confident in your new role. In addition, we also offer co-pay medical, dental and vision benefits after just 3 months!

Pay is based on a piece work system.  You are guaranteed a pay of $14.65 per hour.  The more you produce the more money you are able to make. Wages are up to $24 plus, depending on your drive to succeed.

Embroidery Machine Operator

  • Embroidery machine operators are essential to our company's operations. The successful candidate will operate machines used to embroider logos on to garments. Some of the tasks you'll be expected to perform include:​

    • Selecting the required thread, hoops and designs appropriate to each request

      • Repair minor mechanical problems such as broken or defective needles

    • Notify supervisor of mechanical malfunctions

    • Verify equipment's efficiency

    • Investigate machine stoppages

    • Make adjustments to machinery

    • ​Setting up embroidery machines and supervising the embroidery process

  • Experience would be considered an asset but not necessary as training will be provided.

  • The role is part-time (20 hours per week) Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 11:00am. We offer medical, dental and drug coverage after 3 months.

  • Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week), Permanent

  • Compensation: $14.00/hr
