Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by WearWell with delivery contingent upon approved credit.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We assume no responsibility in the event of notice of changes not being received. In the event of new federal or provincial taxes or legislation affecting the cost of the items shown herein, WearWell reserves the right to increase prices proportionately.
All prices are subject to applicable provincial sales tax unless a provincial tax exemption number is provided by the customer.
WearWell requires a minimum yearly purchase of $500 value in orders to keep client accounts open.
Terms of Payment
Approved credit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, certified cheque, money order or C.O.D.
All freight and shipping charges are F.O.B. point of origin.
Returned Goods Policy
All returns require a Return Authorization memo (RA) which must be obtained from our customer service department, 1-800-565-1188 extension 238 or 248. This authorization must be clearly displayed on the outside of the carton. Any return arriving without the RA number in evidence will not be processed.
Telephone requests for RA numbers must be accompanied by your fax or email. Once the return is approved a copy of the Return Authorization will be faxed to you. A 15% restocking charge will apply (minimum $10).
Goods must be returned in saleable condition, not washed, soiled, hemmed or embroidered, be a normal stock item within our inventory and be of current design (within 30 days of initial delivery).
