Working with customers to determine their needs, preferences for types of garments, and to gain insight into the overall ‘image’ that the customer wishes to convey to their clients is an ongoing process. The Design Department can be a useful sounding board for ideas and can provide customers with feedback and suggestions to build a uniform program that both the customer and their employees will be proud of.

At WearWell we do all embroidery in-house and so are able to offer fast turn arounds and quality work. We have a wide range of stock colours and are able to embroider all manner of garments including shirts, jackets, pants and hats.

Stock

Stock and usage figures are reviewed regularly to ensure the optimal stock levels are maintained to allow quick lead times and increased property satisfaction.

Our system is able to offer both direct shipment to multiple stores or to a central warehouse. With our in stock program, we can provide timely deliveries throughout Canada and internationally. Because of the large volume of goods we move each and every day, we have the benefit of receiving the very best shipping rates available. We can ship all orders via courier for only pennies more thanthe cost of shipping via mail. We also have a fantastic turnaround time for shipping out products that are kept in stock programs . This allows for fast and efficient delivery at a great price.

Reports

WearWell is able to offer on demand management reports electronically or in hard copy. Reports can be customized depending on the exact type of information required. Information can be made available concerning booking summaries, billing summaries, style usage, stock levels and accounting information.

Ordering

We develop and provide, at no charge, customized order forms for each of our program clients. The order form is complete with all product offerings, pictures and pricing.

In addition to individualized design, customized embroidery, stock regulation, time sensitive shipping and a customer service department that is second to none, WearWell can also offer the following services as part of a program management contract:
